A dedicated health coach is a great way to work with a supportive mentor who will help others feel their best through individualized, unique recommendations and coordination of your integrative practitioners, your Doctors at our practice (we do not coordinate with doctors outside of our practice) and your at-home holistic health plan. One-on-one consultations and weekly to monthly meetings are established to develop a lifestyle, holistic practice and nutrition plan that treats all of you.
We base our coaching on the science of bio-individuality – the idea that we’re all different and have unique lifestyle, emotional, spiritual and physical needs. At the core of our approach is the idea that there are areas of your life that impact your long-term health just as much as the food you eat or medications you take – your relationships, career, spirituality, and physical activity. This means that we don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to health and wellness. Instead, we work with clients to help them discover how to fuel their bodies and become the healthiest, happiest versions of themselves through a holistic approach.
When you have reached a place in your life that you are “all-in” on changing your health and wellness for the better, we recommend having a coach to support, guide, coordinate and encourage you through this process. For most people committing to total wellness is the most important thing in their life, and you can have support.
