Yoga is an individual, spiritual, mental, and physical practice that has existed for centuries. Yoga comes in many forms including Gentle, Yin, Restorative, Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yoga Nidra. It is not about doing poses properly, or “looking like a yogi”. Yoga, by nature, is ALL ABOUT YOU. You cannot do Yoga incorrectly. However, we realize the idea of Yoga can feel intimidating especially when you aren’t feeling well. Your yoga therapist will work with you to discover an appropriate, healing Yoga practice that is gentle for your body. Many of us are not aware of the benefits of yoga. Our Yogi will explain the principles of yoga and will tailor a specific Yoga Pose Flow for your specific problem. Yoga is extremely beneficial for your mental and physical health.
